CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask that all appointment cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in: • Forfeiture of the deposit, and • An additional charge of 20% of the remaining service total, charged to the card on file. No-shows (failure to arrive for your appointment without notice) will result in: • Forfeiture of the deposit, and • 50% of the full service total being charged to the card on file. This policy is in place to respect our time and the opportunity to book other clients. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
